Do you provide International delivery?

How do I return an item?

STEP 1:  Email us for application- Return Application Format

Email to support@staillia.com.my within 7 day from the day of "Prove of delivery" and provide the information as below to apply for exchange/refund of products:

1. Application via email must be within 7 days from the day receipt the parcel by the purchaser.
2. All item(s) must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Product(s) and it's accessories and free gift(s) must be returned completely. 
3. Items under "Super Deal", "free Gifts" " or other special promotions" is not allow for exchange/refund.
4. Exchange/ refund is only applicable for purchase/shipment within Malaysia. The policy is not applicable to international transaction.
